However, the painting is well executed, depicts an attractive European scene set in the courtyard of a centuries old castle/mansion in a European village or city, is in good condition and attractively framed, thus, warranting the conclusion that the presale estimate of $200-$400 is reasonable and justifiable, as Askart.com records do not contain a Luini auction offering or sale.
