Lots 1-19 represent the wardrobe of two generations of women from the Kenefick and Graves families who lived in Buffalo, New York at the turn of the century. The majority of the garments were worn by Dorothy Dudley Kenefick, 1900-1973, and Mary Beaty Herod Graves, 1895-1990. They descended through the family of Germain Kenefick Graves and Nelson Montgomery Graves Jr., of present day Buffalo.
In overall fair to good condition; the material is fragile. There are scattered stains and overall darkening of the material consistent with age. There are holes and tears notably on the bodice. The heels of the shoes with stains.
