Panel slightly bowed vertically; shallow vertical crack line with minor losses at upper right, 2 in. from right edge; gilding from frame rubbing along top center edge; light craquelure throughout, small indentation at upper right, also lower right. UV: areas of earlier restoration on hand; forearm, near elbow on chest and neck; on right proper cheek below eye, heavy varnish, scattered dirt and debris.
