GEORGE III SILVER FOOTED SALVER, probably Thomas Hannam and John Carter, London, 1766. On three claw and ball feet, stepped wave-form border with beaded rim, centered with chased armorial crest - 40 oz.; 14 1/4 in. diam.

PROVENANCE: Estate of Benjamin Franklin Kahn, Chevy Chase, MD

Marks crisp, light surface scratches, armorial partially rubbed, underside with areas of shallow abrasions. In overall very good condition.
