The bed appears to be of mahogany. Condition good with some scattered mild surface abrasions to posts and rails; finish shows evidence of sun fading in areas; there is a light hairline age crack on head post located on right side.
1. In relation to the headboard, where is the right post crack located? (Answer: Right side of the post) 2. How is the headboard attached to the posts? (Answer: It plugs into the posts) 3. Have the bed feet been shortened. And if not, is there sign they once had rollers/wheels? (Answer: No, we don''t believe so) 4. Is the tester frame original, or later? (Answer: the tester is not original) 5. Are the bolt covers missing? (Answer: the covers are missing, but replacements may be located) 6. Is the bed frame tight & secure?
