Thank you for your question. The headboard with two attached nightstands has an interior dimension of 66 in. and could accommodate either a queen- or full-size mattress with simple wire frame. Presently the rails are missing, and these would have been secured to the headboard with two short posts measuring 49 in distance. Please do contact me with further question.
