How do I find out what is being offered at auction?
A catalogue is produced in print as well as posted online for every Catalogue Auction at Sloans & Kenyon. The catalogue contains a complete listing of all items being offered for sale. Most lots offered are illustrated. You can view the catalogue online or request a printed catalog. To request a printed catalogue, contact Sloans & Kenyon at (301) 634-2330.

Suppose I want to know more about an object than is indicated in a catalogue description.

If I purchase something from Sloans & Kenyon and decide afterward that I don't want it, can I return the item?
All lots are sold "as is" and all sales are final. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale that describes the limited circumstances under which a sale can be rescinded.

If I do not live near the Sloans & Kenyon, can you arrange to ship my purchases to me?
Sloans & Kenyon Shipping Department will gladly provide information on professional shippers who can help you with the delivery of your Sloans & Kenyon auction purchases.

How can I pay for my Sloans & Kenyon purchase?
Successful online bidders are required to make payment by credit card. For other transactions, Sloans & Kenyon accepts payment by cash, check and major credit and debit cards. Sloans & Kenyon reserves the right not to release property until a check payment has cleared.

I have objects I would like to consign. How should I proceed?
Sloans & Kenyon welcomes your inquiries and is happy to examine your property or photographs of your property. Sloans & Kenyon specialists conduct free verbal appraisals.
