THE MADONNA AND CHILD, Late 17th century or later polychromed and gilded stucco relief based on the original 1460s marble relief on display at the Hermitage Museum and attributed to the Florentine sculptor Antonio Rossellino. Relief is displayed within a hand carved tabernacle picture with framing elements that are glued and nailed into place. - Height: 37 in; witdh: 21 inches
