ARTIST PROFILE: Fabio Fabbi (1861 - 1946) was active/lived in Italy. Fabio Fabbi is known for Allegorical, romantic female figure, harem painting, Orientalism, teaching. Born in Bologna, Italy Fabio Fabbi became known for his Orientalism, especially harem scenes. He studied at the Academia in Florence and in 1883 became a professor there. Fabbi participated in exhibitions of the Societa Promotrie di Bella Arti in Turin, and in 1898 received the title of Cavaliere della Corona d'Italia.
