Framed. - Sight: 39 x 54.25 inches; Estimate $4,000-5,600 ARTIST PROFILE: Painter of porcelain who replaced William Billingsley at the Derby Porcelain factory. Like Billingsley, Webster specialised in painting flowers. In the second decade of the nineteenth century Webster moved to the Nantgarw pottery, which was established by Billingsley in 1813. He later wroked as a watercolourist.
