This type of pottery is characterized by its handmade construction, the use of natural earth pigments, and the application of geometric designs, known as "Kené," which are often inspired by ayahuasca visions. It is made of ceramic, with a rounded body that tapers towards the base and a narrower neck topped with a human face effigy.
