Not examined out of frame. The measurements reflect the sight size of the engraving - the margins have been framed. There is text and title under the image. The text below the image does have spots of foxing. The Indian in the image has a spot of foxing on his shoulder. The sky in the upper left quadrant has areas of foxing/discoloration. There is a tiny torn spot in the upper left corner. No creases.
