Upper section has broken-arch pediment with gilt metal rosettes above arched hood, conforming glazed door, and fluted colonettes; brass face with rising phoenix, applied brass mounts, and Roman numerals; lower section has similarly carved panel door with phoenix, opening to pendulum; bracketed feet - 89 in. x 21 in. x 10 1/4 in.
