Higgins: Inscribed Dark Haunts in lower left margin. Glue stains and tape remnants alongs top edge, other minor stains in margins. Farrell: Some staining and hinge remnants in margins, especially at top edge. Blampied: Minor staining in margins, hinges/glue remnants at upper left and upper right corners.
