Rectangular traveling case, lid having mother of pearl inlay and interior with blue velvet, a drop-down writing surface and mirror frame; Main compartment having eight miscellaneous crystal containers with silverplate covers, a shaving brush in case, various mother of pearl tools consisting of a button hook, a nail file and razor. Also a bone razor engraved James S. Sloane, 1842, a mother of pearl pocket knife, also engraved James S. Sloane 1842, Quebec, North America, 1838. Both in English paper cases marked Busy B. S. Barton, Sheffield & Rogers, Cutlers to Her Majesty. Lift out tray reveals a letter box. Box also having a compartment on one side. - Approx. 6 1/2" high x 12" wide x 8 7/8" deep. Estimate $400-600
