KENYAN SAMBURU TRIBE DOLLS. Set of two African dolls, likely Samburu or Turkana dolls from Kenya. These dolls are traditionally carved for young girls by male relatives and adorned by female relatives. They often represent fertility and are treated by the girls as real babies, with the belief that this will help them bear children successfully later in life.
