TWELVE-LIGHT BRASS CHANDELIER MADE BY LESTER BERRY IN THE STYLE OF DUTCH EXAMPLES FROM THE 17TH CENTURY. Twelve swan-like arms, secured by flat tenons, and locked by round pins; one-piece core; reflectors at top. With brass S-hook
Symmetrical design is characteristic of most chandeliers made in 17th century Holland.

NOTE:
Lester Berry was an antiques dealer who founded a company that manufactured fine reproduction brass lighting in the middle of the 20th century. Most consider his pieces superior to those of other brass chandeliers, and in particular because European chandeliers from the period are extremely rare and restricted from European export
