From Nakago shape appears to be sui-koto (probably 1550-1600)/ Bizen (signature (mei) not readable)
Polish: Not much. Blade was probably buffed/ polished with a cloth buffing wheel & buffing compound.Therefore no hada or temper visible
Does not appear to have any fatal flaws, i.e. cracks, nicks or chips.
