JAPANESE LONG SWORD (KATANA), Koto period (Pre 1600). Fully mounted, blade: bo-hi both sides, O-suriagi, three mekugi-ana, mu-mei, saya appears new. Military (W.W.II army) suke (handle) with non-military fuchi-kashira, active temper, some openings, temper weak on boshi - 27 1/8 in., 68 9/10 cm.
