Probably manufactured by Doe Hazelton Co., Boston MA, Star-and-stripe carved crest over hinged slant top and cast iron ink well; frieze drawer; medial shelf; scroll-bracketed open-work trestle supports on carved plinth base. - 34 3/4 in. x 30 in. x 21 in. Good overall condition, with worn red writing panel incert from use, and lightly distressed scattered surface markings to slant-top from use. Back has light vertical age crack from use running top to bottom.
