RUSSIAN ICON OF THE VIRGIN OF KAZAN WITH JEWELED OKLAD. Russian, 18th Century. Russian Icon of the Virgin of Kazan. Egg tempera on a curved wooden panel, with a gilt metal oklad and riza set with semi-baroque pearls and malachite. Garments set with paste jewels, semi-baroque and fresh water seed pearls.

- 13 3/4" high x 11 1/2" wide x 1 1/8" deep.
