The first with shell inlay to interior of cover, and insert for knives, measuring 14 1/2" high x 8 7/8" wide x 13 1/2" deep. No lock or key. The second of different design, with silverplate escutcheon, is lacking the insert, and measures 14 1/4" high x 9" wide x 10" deep. Estimate $200-300
