Elizabeth Brownlow, later Countess of Exeter, as a Child, 18th century oil painting on canvas of Elizabeth Brownlow, later Countess of Exeter (1681 - 1723), as a Child after the painting by Willem Wissing (Amsterdam 1656 - Burghley House 1687). A full-length portrait of a child, seated, gazing at the spectator, wearing a white satin robe with a cockatoo on an urn. Elizabeth Brownlow was born on 18 May 1681, the daughter of 'Young' Sir John Brownlow, 3rd Bt (1659 - 1697). and Alice Sherard (1659 - 1721). Unsigned. Framed.
