ARTIST PROFILE: Dmitry Belomytsev (born 1964) is a distinguished Russian painter born into an artistic family in Krasnodar. A graduate of the prestigious Surikov Institute with honors, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1990 and is celebrated for his evocative oil cityscapes and moody, nocturnal landscapes. His work has been exhibited internationally and is held in significant permanent collections, including the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Kovalenko Krasnodar Art Museum, and the Gallery of Contemporary Art in France, as well as numerous private collections worldwide.
