Over all in Excellent Condition:
having solid construction throughout. Small nicks and light surface abrasions throughout. Arms to chairs and sofa display evidence of UV damage, water marks, and small nicks from use. Square table top has evidence of UV damage, large size water marks, and warping causing light cracking and flaking to finish. Large glass top table has one strand of bamboo stringing missing at corner. Smaller glass top table has black paint rub to one leg. All cushions need to be reupholstered. Current upholstery is soiled, torn, dirty, faded, and is in poor condition. Entire suite needs to be cleaned of dust particles.
