This work is part of a series of watercolor sketches of Colorado commissioned by the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad to promote tourism by rail in the Rocky Mountains and other Western States. These sketches were reproduced in railroad marketing brochures.
Work is watercolor on paper mounted on board mat and fillet are glued to front of work. Paper is darkened at all edges.
