Shaped top with medium brown gilt embossed leather writing surface over one expanding writing surface panel, also medium brown leather surfaced, over one drawer, flanked by two banks of two drawers. Drawers are lined with antique marbelized paper. Raised on cabriole legs with brass mounts. Replaced locks to all drawers. The back of the desk is also finished with chinosiere motif.
