The image is taken from the triangular wooden panels that hung inside the Kapellbrucke covered bridge, which had painted with scenes from Lucerne's history. At the bottom corners of the triangle are small decorative roundels featuring a coat of arms and a figure, and German text runs along the base. The print was published as part of Jakob Schwegler's book documenting the painted panels of the Kapellbrucke. Framed. Sight (as matted): 8.5 x 11 inches; frame: 11.5 x 15.25 inches
