A color screenprint by Washington Color School artist Gene Davis, composed of a large, spare field of warm neutral tone divided by a single thin horizontal band near the lower edge, bar-coded in a sequence of vivid vertical stripes in blue, green, orange, red, and yellow — a hallmark of Davis's signature stripe compositions. Pencil-signed "Gene Davis" and dated 1979 in the lower margin, numbered XXI/C from the edition. Framed. Not examined out of frame.
