Lawton Parker was an American Impressionist painter and a member of the Giverny Luminists, a group of American painters who congregated near Claude Monet's studio in Giverny, France. Parker's style transitioned from academic portraiture to Impressionism after working closely with his neighbor, Frederick Carl Frieseke. Parker's works have been exhibited in major collections globally.
