TWO ASSORTED NATIVE AMERICAN TOMAHAWK OR PEACE PIPE OR CALUMET. Two assorted Native American pipes called tomahawk or peace pipe or calumet. They are a combination of a tobacco pipe and a tomahawk blade. One the pipes is heavily decorated suggesting it is a piece made for ceremonial display. There are intricate drops of beads and shiny metal (likely tin) cones attached with leather strips (thongs) along the stem and dark feathers are attached. The red-stone pipe is associated with Plains tribes, such as the Lakota (Sioux). The red stone might be catlinite (also known as red pipestone). $150-300
