A NAPOLEON III GILT METAL MANTEL CLOCK, circa 1880; dial reading 'Rue Nationale, Lille'. Cartouche form, with elaborate rocaille foliate scrolls, the finial formed as a putto holding a sundial. In working condition, with original pendulum. Major chips to enamel face above 11 and 12 o'clock - 14 3/4 x 9 3/4 x 5 1/2 in.
