A PAIR OF LOUIS XVI STYLE BRASS AND WROUGHT-IRON FIRE DOGS, Stamped Sheffield, NY and numbered 163L and 163R, circa 1900. Each with a flame finial above a bound Ionic columnar shaft with a laurel wreath and cornucopia supports on a plinth on paw feet - 13 1/2 in. x 21 in.
