A PAIR OF CHINESE ARMORIAL FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN SHALLOW BOWLS, Qing dynasty, Qianlong, circa 1770. The center with the coat-of-arms with the motto: "Quid Clarius Astris", the borders with a grisaille floral garland, gilt highlights - 9 1/2 in. diameter.
