A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE CANTON ENAMEL DISH, 18th century. Delicately painted on interior with soaring bat, foliate jumping carp, and finger citron amid flowering leafy branches; beneath the rim with four foliate dragons amongst dense band of flowering foliate stems; interior with large pink and green dragon peering from behind turbulent cloud ground; underside with blue foliate dragon medallion - 8 1/2 in. diam.
