A CAMPANIAN BLACK FIGURE AMPHORA, 5th century BC. With spreading foot and echinus mouth, body painted on one side with nude youth running vigorously to right with his draped arms outstretched, lotus blossom under each handle, festooned lotus buds on shoulder, lotus flower flanked by buds on each side of neck - 9 in. high.
