The armoire is in good condition. The piece would benefit from restoration of minor surface scratches, exterior water marks, and veneer losses. Examination of the interior located green paint, chips to the lower compartment, as well as scratches to the interior door. Prior repair was located on the upper proper right side of the canted corner.
