We have changed the attribution of this piece to English Regency Three-Drawer Chest. Further examination found intermittent losses of veneer, replaced hardware, temporary restoration with adhesive tape to the back boards and drawer bottoms, missing drawer stops, and crack across top surface. This may possibly have been adapted from a bookcase.
