18K YELLOW GOLD, TANZANITE AND DIAMOND RING. Oval tanzanite weighing approx. 3.0 cts. surrounded by 1.65 cts. round diamonds. Size 7.

There are fifty two diamonds. Fourteen measure 2.2mm, thirty eight measure 1.5mm-1.7mm and all are predominantly VS in clarity, a few are SI1-2, all are F-H in color. One diamond is chipped. The approx. 10mm x 8mm tanzanite has a dark tone and is a strong violetish blue with good-very good intensity. Stamped, assayed "18K". Weighs 10 grams.
