Sale 35 Lot 295

CHINESE LACQUERED BOX AND COVER. Circular-form with figural courtyard scene - 3 in. diam.
Estimate $400-600

This is not zitan. It seems it is a imitation of wood. The lacquer is on top of a greyish substance, which I cannot identify. It has a very nice appearance.
