Not lined. 8 small patched repairs in center, right and left sides of work. Fine craquelure with pigment separation throughout, especially at sites of stretcher stress at edges and at center vertical cross-brace. Scattered small losses. 3 in. diagonal tear lower right corner with accompanying pigment losses. Heavy, uneven yellowed varnish. UV: Varnish makes detection difficult, but apparent scattered inpainting.
