RUSSIAN SILVER AND ENAMELLED MILITARY DAGGER WITH SCABBARD, 1870s-1890s.

PROVENANCE: Purchased in Moscow, circa 1933, by an American Ambassador working under the tutelage of Ambassador Joe Davies

There is no apparent mark on the sword. The leather sheath requires repair. It is torn apart in at least two places. The sword is in excellent condition.
