There are minor scratches at the base of the neck on the reverse. Two small losses at the bottom of the mandolin case. Tiny nicks along the edge of the neck. The carrying case is a linen covered hard cardboard and is not flexible. Not all tuners turn smoothly but they do turn. None are bent.
