PANORAMA OF THE HUDSON RIVER FROM NEW YORK TO WATERFORD, by William Wade, published by John Disturnell, NY, 1847. Folding strip map in a red cloth gilt decorated book cover, with 38 pages of descriptive text. John Disturnell began publishing guidebooks of New York and the East Coast cities in 1833, and published his famous "Map of the Unted states and Mexico" at the end of the Mexican War. - 163 inches long.
