IMPRESSIVE EDWARD VII SILVER HANDLED TROPHY CUP AND COVER, Charles Stuart Harris, London, 1904. Of typical form; vigorously decorated allover with applied ornate embellishment - the foot with animal-bordered cartouches, the body with C-scrolls, masque-heads, floral swags and grapevines, the cover with masque-head cartouches, swags and pinecone finial; figural-capped C-scroll handles - 106 oz., 4 dwt.; 15 in. high.

Marks are crisp and legible. The cast decoration is crisp. There are no splits or repairs. The body has two tiny pock marks (dents) - one near the foot, one near a handle. The rim of the lid has a slight warping thus the lid does not quite fit flush on the cup. No rubbed monograms.
