Hand crafted, narrow rectangular shaped top over a single C-shaped tambour roll which opens to reveal a fitted interior consisting of a central drawer flanked by open cubby and pigeon holes above a pull-out writing slid between recessed paneled sides. The top section rests on double pedestals fitted with two drawers each, besides a knee-hole front flanking recessed panels on the sides. The desk is raised on shaped bracket feet and is inlaid with brass and copper wire in a scrolling leaf and vine design
