LARGE CONGOLESE CIRCULAR MOON-SHAPED MASK, mid 20th century, possibly of the dance masks of the Baluba , Kifwebe Bansonge tribe. Constructed of wood with clay base decorated with brass, glass beads and shells. With large rounded eyes, broad nose and open mouth with teeth. - 18 in. diam.
