NORTH ATTLEBORO PRESENTATION BANJO CLOCK WITH SIGNED 'TIFFT' DIAL. Appears to be early Horace Tifft banjo, signed dial and number '513; four screws holding painted metal dial, with Roman numerals on chapter ring; time only, weight driven with unsigned early weight; T-bridge suspension; door tablet with replaced reverse painting of 'The Constitution's Escape', original gilt and red eglomise throat tablet; unpolished brass side rails, gilt on door and throat panel rims; gilt wood finial. Four screws holding painted metal dial, J-hook latch on bottom door, clock hands, all consistent with Tifft - 34 1/2 in. with finial; dial: 7 3/4 in. diam.
