PAIR EDWARDIAN UPHOLSTERED ARM CHAIRS, early 20th century. Inlaid veneers on arms, legs and crest rail; raised crescent design on upholstery; front square tapering legs; rear sabre legs; castered feet - 34 1/2 in. x 23 1/2 in. x 19 in.

PROVENANCE: Estate of Hannah Greeley Kaiser, Washington, DC

Chair 1 – Abrasions to the crest rail; loss to stringing on upper arm; minor age cracks on upper arms; lower arms patinated; light struck; upholstery is fringing but otherwise in good condition; light abrasion to feet.

Chair 2 – Very slight abrasions to crest rail; losses to stringing on upper arm with age cracks on both sides with loose veneer; slight buckling to arm rest and heavily patinated; upholstery in good condition with fringing and a light stain; abrasions to the legs and feet, light struck.
