TWO NAZCA BOWLS.Peru, South Coast 200-600 AD. Two polychromed Nazca pottery bowls decorated with polychrome exterior bands, one with highly stylized "fantastic deities" and the second with a water bird design. Together with a Paracas-Chavinoid bowl in greyware pottery depicting a foot with incised and resin painted decorations in white ocre and brown. All three bowls are intact. Together with a group of pre-classic Central Mexican head fragments mounted on a fabric covered panel and framed. - Largest: 6 3/4 in. diam. Estimate $2,000-3,000
